Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with The Fetching Post. Here's how we get your pet's gear to your door.

Order processing: We process orders within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times and rates: Standard delivery within the United States takes 5 to 10 business days after processing. Expedited options, when available, are shown at checkout. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. Orders over $50 ship free.

International orders: We currently ship to select countries outside the US. Delivery typically takes 10 to 21 business days. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays: Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can affect delivery times. We'll do our best to keep you posted if something goes sideways.

Wrong address or undeliverable packages: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you cover the return shipping cost.

Lost or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up, email us at [your support email] within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
